Upon registration, all candidates will undergo an evaluation of their academic abilities in English, Mathematics, and General Science. This assessment will align with the minimal achievement levels expected at the end of the previous academic year, in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
Subsequently, candidates will participate in an interview aimed at assessing the alignment of parental perspectives with those of the school, and interpreting the students’ subject scores in relation to their potential, aptitude, personality, intelligence, athletic abilities, artistic and creative talents, and any other criteria deemed significant by the admissions committee. Failure to attend this interview will result in the expiration of the registration. In such instances, the registration will be considered invalid, and the registration fee will be forfeited. The admissions committee will have the final say in such matters and, if warranted, may exercise discretion to conduct an additional assessment in genuine cases.

Required Documentation

Candidates who meet the admission criteria and receive an offer must accept the offer within the stipulated time frame by fulfilling the required admission fees detailed in the current year’s fee structure and returning the signed indemnity agreement (on judicial stamp paper) to the school.Additionally, applicants must provide a copy of their Aadhar card and a completed medical history form; failing to do so will result in the admission offer being revoked. Alongside the completed admission documents, candidates are also required to submit the original transfer certificate and the report card from their previous school.

Withdrawals

If a student withdraws or fails to enrol before the commencement of the academic year, the Registration, Admission, and Term Fees will be retained by the school, while the remaining Interest and Security fee will be refunded to the applicant.

Fees will not be refunded to parents who choose to withdraw their child during the term. Parents planning to withdraw their child in an upcoming term must provide written notice to the Principal at least 90 days before the beginning of the new academic session; otherwise, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Security Refund

A formal letter of request for a refund of security is required. Security refund will be made at the end of November after the school audit.

Medical Facilities

The school has an in-house health care centre with a qualified in-house doctor. In case of any emergency, the case will be rushed to the nearest hospital. Medical leave can be taken on the approval of the school doctor or if any doctor deems it necessary. Leave for any other purpose may be taken only after giving prior notice to the Principal and receiving the Principal’s approval.

Excursions & Outings

Different excursions will be organised for kids at various periods. Outings to the town arranged by the school will be organised twice a month. Parents may also take their kids on outings on these days. Night outs may be taken only with prior permission from the Principal. Trips will be organised once every term to different locations within the country and abroad.
